I initially posted the below question a week or so ago and received no
responses. I would like to ask another question that may help me solve
this: Is there a way, and where can I, limit the amount of memory that Win
95 controls for cache? This may resolve my problem.

Has anyone gotten the MS program Camcorder to work? When I try to record
with it, even with no other programs running, it states that there is only
XX kb of memory, usually between 0 and 1 Meg, and that the camcorder
program may not be able to record (and it doesn't). I have 64 Meg memory
with nothing in the system tray and no other apps open. Apparently Win 95
is managing all the memory and the camcorder program doesn't work with Win
95 to free the memory for camcorder.exe use. Is there some work arounds or
settings that others have used to get it to work?
