Is the error actually corrected? Do you start up several times without this
message and then have it happen again? Frequently the message refers to a
file which would give you a clue to the program causing the error.
You should also try RegClean,a MS utility which can be found at:

The grief that I am experiencing is upon start up, I receive frequent error
messages...i.e., Windows has found an error in the registry and will restart
and correct the error now
