  I no longer have DSL, so I don't visit webcam sites as much as I
used to.

  But I recall coming across several that, in addition to their cam
windows, also had pages reviewing and recommending various cameras
and, more to the point, various programs for putting camera windows
on a site.
  I don't have a link handy to any of them, but my experience is that
if you take a look at some of the "cam portal sites" -- sites that
advertise/link to a bunch of different cams -- it shouldn't be too
hard to find folks willing to share what they've learned and how they
do it.
