In the Telco business duration of calls is stored as an integer with the
assumed format of:   MMMMSST.
Meaning we can record up to 9,999 minutes, 99 seconds (never goes past 59),
and the tenth of a second.
This could easily be changed to HHMM or whatever your degree of accuracy
needed.
