I also get this from time to time. However it seems to be short lived, say a
day. I attribute it to my ISP's server. I figure that some how the mail gets
"stuck" in their servers and just has to be cleared. It also happens when I
check my mail remotely using Earthlink's Web Mail, again, short lived, a
minor annoyance.

Hi folks,
A friend of mine is receiving duplicate emails (apparently on all his mail)
He is using outlook express.

Can someone tell me why this would be?  I have had the same issue in the
past,
but it stopped on it's own.
