Bob,
I just downloaded a program called NetInfo not to long ago, that
can do several different IP related things, of which one is Lookup.
I'm new to this stuff, but I did a lookup on the above IP address,
and it came up with procatalog.com. For whatever reason, it also
gave the virtual directory tidbit when I went to it.
I also went to http://whois.userland.com/
and did a whois. Here's what it kicked back:
