Good day list,



While working on a Gateway Profile Series 3 machine that the owner wanted to
have restored to factory condition, I found that by dropping in the disk
makes the machine "think" while the pointer flashes, but nothing else
happens. I've tried to access the disk through the explore option, and there
seems to be no option to restore the machine to its original splendor. Is
there something else I need to do to get this machine to execute the restore
set?
