    You really don't need a utility other than Word Pad,
which you should have if you are using Win 95 or 98.  MBX
files apparently are ASCII files.  Doubleclicking on the
file will bring it up on the screen, then you can massage it
and save it as a TXT file or whatever to your floppy.
