Systray is the program that manages the area at the right-hand end of the
menu bar (the "system tray"), displaying the current time and the icons of
applications that have requested that it do so.
Rundll allows many DLL routines -- such as system API calls -- to be
executed as if they were stand-alone programs.

These are components supplied with the OS, and routinely used by other OS
features as well as third-party applications. All sorts of stuff may stop
working properly if you remove these.
