Irena,

I doubt that it is a sofware problem.
First take the disk(s) to a different PC and
see if the full image can be viewed.

If so, then the problem is in the floppy drive.
Try using a floppy cleaner kit.  If that doesn't
resolve it, replace the floppy drive.

If you can't view the images on another PC,
well..... there are a lot a variables.
The first question that comes to my mind is,
how did the image get from the camera to the floppy?
Can the image still be seen on the camera?
What happens if you download/transfer/save the
image onto the hard drive?
Do you have this problem with EVERY disk used?
Are they NEW floppy disks?
Are they brand name disks?

Taking a different approach......
Copy some large data  files (from a different PC) onto
a floppy and see if the suspect PC can read those files.
