In most cases the program will be available from the program menu, where you
can create a shortcut for any user. If a program doesn't appear in the menu,
you should be able to track it down and create a shortcut from the install
folder (Usually Program Files).

I am a new Windows XP user. How do you install a program so that all users
can use it? Currently only the user who installs a program on our computer
can see it on their desk top. I can't believe programs have to be installed
in each user, but I can't figure out how to make them available to all
users.
