Well I hate to tell ya this...but my suggestion would be to re-install
Windows....but something just re-installing windows doesn't take care of
the problem...sometimes you have to do a clean install...Windows is
trying to load a corrupt or semi-corrupt file on boot up...This is the
only way that i know how to correct this problem.
