Tools/Options/Advanced. Tick "Disable script debugging" and untick "Display
notification".

Script debugging is there to help Programmers, and is not needed by Human
Beings.

While you are there, go through all the other options to make sure IE works
the way YOU want it to. Leave any you don't understand.
