Hello Jim,

Apparently you have another pop up blocker installed. The Windows Pop-up
Blocker does not display a message when a pop up is blocked. It displays an
icon on the Status Bar that, when viewed from left to right, is about ¾ of
the way across. It also displays an "Information Bar" at the top under the
Toolbars unless you choose not to display it in the Pop-up Bar settings
(Internet Properties \ Privacy tab \ Settings... button).

Subject: Pop up blocker
I am running with Windows XP, Service Pack 2, I go to Tools, pop up blocker
and turn off pop up blocker. Then on several web sites,
I click on a link, fail to get connected and get a little message an the
bottom left of the screen saying that a pop up was blocked,
Help and search disclose no other way of turning on/off pop-ups. What is
the problem?
