I am having trouble getting Printmaster Gold Version 7.0 to print.
Previously I was using version 3.0 of Printmster, which presented no
problem. I am using a Panasonic Laser printer, KX-P4410 and a  Dot
Matrix printer.
My system...IBM clone, Abit BH6 MB, with a Celeron slot-1 333mhz cpu,
128megs of memory (PC100), a 6.2 gig Seagate HD, Diamond AGP video,
SB16 Sound, with a 56kbps modem and CD-ROM, a 5.25 and 3.5 floppies,
also Windows 98 (standard version).I am still using FAT16.
The printer drivers were all included in the Win98 CD and installed.
I e-mailed Panasonic inquiring as to updated drivers for the Laser
printer and was told that the drivers were all on the Win98 CD.
I contacted TLC Techinal support, at [log in to unmask], for the
necessary help in getting my printer to work with their software
(Printmaster Ver 7.0), they made several suggestions , none of which
has worked.
They suggested changing the Spool Setting to print directly to the
printer, removing temp files, using a HP 11P emulation setting, all
to no avail.
