Hi Listers,
I was given the MS Knowledgebase reference (Q185320) a while back and am
just looking it up.  I would appreciate it if someone would tell me how
to go about findin it.  How do you get to the Microsoft Knowledgebase?
When I do a search for it I get several references and don't know where
to go for a starting point.
