Todd,
There's no need to remove any filters, what is probably happening is
that you added a filter which is taking precedence over other filters
you have. Try to change the order of precedence so the disturbing
filter is applied at the end of the list. There are two (up and down)
arrows at the right of the filter list, you can use those buttons to
set the precedence at your convenience.
