Can anyone tell me how I can break down supplier information from a
spreadsheet?

I have a VAT daybook(UK tax system) set up that holds invoices of suppliers
in column format, column 1 is date of invoice, followed by supplier, my
reference, total amount, tax amount and tax free amount.

Is it possible for me to set up a table that will read from this to show how
much each individual supplier had charged for the term covered by the sheet?

Anyone who can help will definitely be on my Christmas list!
