Hello Sue, It could be the ISP he's using. They could of been very busy at
the time he went to use the send or receive application. This has happened
to me once or twice and later on in the day or the next day it worked fine.
You could also look in the accounts folder by hitting tools and then
accounts and make sure his pop server address is correct. I realize that it
shouldn't have changed but you never know with these machines. Hope this
