The only way I know to get the entire screen in a file or printout is to
1. make the desired window the ACTIVE window
(size it so that it will only include the info you want to see)
(you can use the scrollbars to move the info around inside the window)
2. hold down the Alt key while pressing the PrintScreen key once
(puts window (only) on the clipboard)
(not holding Alt will put entire PC screen on clipboard)
3. paste the clipboard into a Microsoft Word Document
(Word shrinks the entire window to fit on the page)
(pasting it into WordPad will give you the same problem
that you have now - losing the right side when printing)
4. print the Word document
I know of no way to do what you want without using the clipboard.

I find it easier to read screen info if I print it out. BUT, almost every print
has part of the right side missing. Can anyone tell me how to get ALL the
information without using printscreen ?? I'm open to any ideas.
Thank you, AL SMITH
