In thinking that maybe there was more to this question than that was being
opened....I decided to search and came up with the following:

openme.exe is part of another software package called winstar.  You can
find this at: http://www.whitledgeconsulting.com/software.htm

or you can go to:

http://www.whitledgeconsulting.com/download.htm

and then scroll down to item #7 and it will also provide information about
he openme.exe program.  I found this information using a search by google
and putting in the search criteria as "openme.exe"
