Hi everyone,

Here's one for the books. I have a user who receives only some of her
emails. A client of ours sends Excel files to this user as attachments.
Normally the user will receive 3 files a day. The user receives only 2 of
them. The client is sending the files the same way each time through an
automated system at his end. We have requested him to resend the file
several times with no success. We've had him CC the file to an alternative
email address with a different ISP(aol). Today we got the file at the
alternative ISP but the named file in the download said "unknown".
Downloading the file resulted in a file full of gibberish. I should note
that the computer is new, however, I can't make sense of only two of the
three files coming across. Has anyone seen this before? I'm using IE,
Oulook Express, W98, 1Gig, 256MB, ASUS, DSL, yada yada. Any thoughts would
be appreciated highly. Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Paul Roeth
