I've had similar things several times. The following might or might
not work: Let her remove the email object from the SendTo folder,
then go to the Control Panel, Install/Uninstall Software (or whatever
it's called, and choose Uninstall IE6. It should ask her whether she
really wants to uninstall, or just repair it. She should choose repair
it.
I have also had a simple update of IE using Windows Update repair
these registry links in Win98's irritable SendTo.
