F4 is also Repeat.

I don't see a button either but the Ctrl-Y key combination appears to be a
hotkey to do the same thing. I find hotkeys to be even faster and more
convenient than buttons. If you really want a button you should be able to
write a small macro and assign a button to it for this action.
