Greetings All;

A user "deleted" or destroyed his Desktop Recycle Icon in such a way that an Icon is present on the desktop but it's EMPTY RECYCLE BIN and PROPERTIES are grayed out when right clicked on.

The RECYCLED directories (c and d drives) are present and the hidden DESKTOP.INI file is there with the correct information for the registry as stated by the Micro$oft KnowledgeBase. I spent an hour going through the KnowledgeBase and through the Registry of this computer.

Is there a way to fix or recreate this desktop icon and fix the Recycle Bin?
