There's pretty much universal agreement that people on the To: and Cc:
lists should not see the details of the Bcc: list. But there's no agreed
standard about whether people on a Bcc: list should be aware of each other
or not. The designers of OE6 *might* have made this behaviour configurable
somehow, or they may just have assumed that hiding Bcc: addressees from the
To: and Cc: addressees was sufficient.
