Yes, But is a "global" WinDoze setting...
Right-Click on a blank spot on your desktop and hit
properties. Hit the Appearance Tab, and left-click
on the word "window text"...
Across from "Item: Window" change the color...
This will change "all" backgrounds in more programs
than you will chouse to count... Good luck,
