Running Windows XP and when I load Outlook 2002 or Outlook Express 6.0
there is a delay of about 35 to 40 seconds before the programs can be
accessed. They are frozen while something is being loaded. After that,
everything runs normally. This is a recent clean install of Win XP so I
am at a loss as what to look for. Any help would be appreciated.
