There is a good chance this file is part of the newer strains of netbus
available...

Netbus is not a virus  but a trojan please visit
http://split.netset.com/hackfix  netbus pages for more info on what netbus
can do and how to check to see if you are indeed infected with it... and
how to clean it up manually as most antivirus software wont clean it for
you  tho may find it
