We have tried saving the files then opening them. It still says the files are damaged and cannot be opened.
When I go to these same e-mails on my ME machine, I can open the files, download them etc. Just can't do it at the office on the XP machines. We have other PDF files saved (from e-mails mostly) that will open so it's not the reader.
I'm really puzzled as to why suddenly we can't open the files in XP but can open the same files in ME. It sounds like a conflict of some sort...just don't know with what.
