Ok, on a friends 486 66 MHZ (dx2), when booted, it comes
up with that win95 boot menu, and it wont let them select normal, but
they can select safe mode, then it comes up that these files are
missing: c:\windows\himem.sys, c:\windows\dblbuff.sys
c:\windows\ifshelp.sys. It worked just fine the day before this started 
happening, and they did shut it down properly. Whats the deal with this?
