Access has many built-in wizards for creating the databases you
want. Start Access and on the first screen, select the DATABASE
WIZARD option. Now click on the DATABASES tab. You should see
quite a few different database formats.

For your comic and magazine articles, there is a book collection, a
music collection, or video collection either of which you could
adapt to your needs.

And for your business, there are three alternatives: an address
book, a contact manager, and a service call management database.

Just select the kind you wish to create and it will ask you a few
questions and then
create the system for you.
