Demetri,

Adobe Pagemaker and Quark Express are the two leading
desktop publishing applications.  They both will do
what you want plus more.

If you already have an agreement with a publishing company,
find out what software they recommend.  If you don't have
an agreement, try calling 3 or 4 different publishers and ask
what software they prefer.
