Pete,
Jim is correct that the message is referring to MS Outlook, BUT you can
NOT use the Outlook software with your AOL account. I am afraid that
there is no easy and painless way for you to read that message. Ask your
friend to either FORWARD the message or to copy and paste the information
into a new mail message.
Also as a side note:
You mentioned that you are "..running Win95 on AOL"
That is not a correct.
A more accurate statement would be that you are "running the America On
Line software APPLICATION *within* the Windows 95 OPERATING SYSTEM" That
may sound nit-picky, but having the proper perspective may help eliminate
some of your confusion about how things fit together.
