I'd like to make a desktop shortcut to my taskbar properties. I have done
this before, but I have forgotten the name of the file that opens up the
taskbar properties window, and I can't find it anywhere. It seems to me
that it has a name that doesn't sound anything like what it is. Does anyone
know what it is?
