Using Active Desktop? If so, turn it off. Also, I recall someone Tech TV
mentioning this the other day.  Go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and make
sure you have all of the critical updates as well.

I'm running Windows 98 First Edition. Recently my wallpaper is not showing
up. It defaults to my background color. The wallpaper shows up when first
booting then when my icons show up it reverts to the background color. Can
anyone help me? Frustrated!
