Hi,

Okay, I admit it. I've reinstalled Windows XP a couple of times since I got
my new computer. <g> My current problem is that I cannot access the Help
menu. I click on it in the Start Menu, and nothing happens. Can anyone tell
me what I've screwed up now, and how it can be fixed? As I recall,  I was
able to see it in the previous installations.
