I use Excel 97 with win98 (4.10.1998).
I have checked the vba332.dll properties which is located
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\ :
vba332.dll version 3.0.6908 1.52MB (1,596,688bytes) Created: April 22, 97.
It is clear now from the responses that ActiveX has nothing to do this!!!
I hope this could help in finding the soultion
