As far as I'm aware, there isn't an IE release after 3.02.  It jumped to
IE4.X.  What could be of help is to install the Kernel32 update patch which
you can find at the Microsoft download site.  If I remember the
documentation correctly, it helped with some leakage problems with Win95.  I
did and it helped somewhat although not as much as migrating to IE4.01.
