Hi all,
I have had this problem on three different machines all
running Windows98 and can not figure it out. The taskbar
goes "wonky" and starts coming up behind maximized screens.
You have to minimize windows to see it. Happens no matter
what programs are open. I have reset the taskbar to default
settings, using safe mode, rebooted and then set to always
on top. It didn't help. Does anyone have a clue as what is
going on?
