Are you tryng to get YOUR Outlook 2000 to send out read receipts, requested
by others?

In that case you should try clicking "Always send a response" in "tracking
options" dialog.

Close to this setting it says "This setting applies to messages coming
through Internt e-mail transports only". I'm not sure about how to set this
parameter for mail received trough the Exchange Server.

I'm using the Corporate setup.
