After your subscription expires, the manual downloads will not install.
(Sorry, been there, done it...)

I have NAV2004 too, sitting in a VERY small box... (Must be cheaper for them...)
I procrastinate worse than you. I have NSW2003Pro not installed yet...
It was free after MIR, and I accidentally missed that deal this year, bummer...
