I'm having a small explorer problem.  This is NT WS 4.0 with sp3. When
I change any explorer options like small icons in the start menu,
change explorer view from large to small icons, the changes aren't
saved. I can make the change in my computer from large to small icons,
close the window, then reopen my computer and it's back to what it was
before I started. Same for the small icons in the start menu. After a
reboot it's back to large icons in the start menu. This is just an
annoyance, but would like to figure this out. Thanks for any info,
