I have a corrupted My Documents folder caused by a program called Cetus Notepad which I have since uninstalled. I reinstalled W 98 on top of the existing program, but it did not fix the problem. If I changed the location of the My documents folder as suggested below would that help my problem? If it would, could someone suggest where to change the location to. If not, I would welcome any other suggestions on how to fix this problem. Dell 200, W98, IE5 and OE5. 2GB.Thanks,

You can use TweakUI to handle this.  Go to the 'My Computer' tab.  Look
under 'Special Folders' and in the dropdown box you can select and change
the location of almost any type of folder.  But note I'm using Win2K's
TweakUI, the Win98SE version may have it under a different tab.  Don't have
a 98 machine to check.
