Do you mean the Acrobat toolbar is gone? PDFWriter is installed into a
template like normal.dot as a Visual Basic routine. You may have lost your
template or templates for Word, which means you are now using the 'factory
default' version of normal.dot template. Easiest recovery is to reinstall
Adobe Acrobat, which will update your template again, and restore your
acrobat toolbar.
Do you mean the 'file, print' menu command no longer lists the Acrobat
PDFWriter in the 'select printer' list? Does the 'My Computer,Printers'
folder show an icon for 'Acrobat PDFWriter'? I have not found a cure for a
deleted acrobat printer driver that is easier to do than just reinstalling
Adobe Acrobat.
