Hi all
How would I go about finding ntp (network time protocol) servers in my
country (South Africa, .za)?  Is there a directory? Do they broadcast
advertisements? Do I have to search the dns (and if so how)?

Method 1 - guess - works and I've found ntp.is.co.za but I'd like
alternates.

(Q2 for specialists only: if ntp and the Telkom speaking clock are different
(by 65 seconds) which is most likely to be right?)
