After a system crash which prevented me from running Windows 95, I did a
reinstall, hoping to preserve some of my registry settings and software
configurations. It worked with limited success. On of the problems (an
annoyance really) is that since the reinstall, when a dial up connection
is to be established, the system will no longer remember a login
password when the box is checked. I have checked DUN and network
neighborhood but have found no setting that has any affect. I am
obviously missing something. Has anyone got a solution to this? I'm
assuming this is a configuration/software problem since I don't have any
other problems with the modem. Thanks in advance.
