I belive your Windows Explorer is only in a different 'View' mode at home
than the one at your office.   Try clicking on the tool bar item: View and
click on:  "details"

I suspect that it currently has been set to: "List"

You can try clicking on all four options in this drop down box:
   Large Icon - Small Icon - List - Details
and each will give you a different view in the right hand window.
