Ok, in a folder, go to View\Folder Options\File Types. Scroll the list and
find the file type then hit 'Edit' then 'New'.
In the 'Action' box, type 'open' (no quotes)
In the 'Application used....' box, browse to the application, or executable,
that you want to use to open this file type.
OK to close that screen. Change the icon on the previous screen if you wish,
or close all other screens to exit.
