MaryJane,
You need a program called WINZIP. If you go to http://www.winzip.com you can download a trial copy for free. It's pretty easy to use, just follow the directions and holler if you need help.

Can anyone help me? I have a zip file that I have downloaded into 'My
Documents' folder. Now, I can't open or run it. It probably needs to be
unzipped, but I don't know how. I am using a Compaq Presario 4190 with
Windows 95 (b). The file is WS_FTP LE, a freeware FTP program that I want to
use in a course I am taking. Shouldn't I have some 'unzipping' program as
part of Windows 95? Anyone know what it is called and where I can find it?
    Thanks
     Mary Jane Wegener
